Job Summary

WeCredit is looking for experienced and target-oriented Home Loan Sales Executives to join our team in Sector 2, Noida. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring customers, and converting home loan requirements into successful loan applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for Home Loans through various channels.

• Contact potential customers and understand their loan requirements.

• Explain home loan products, eligibility, documentation, and process to customers.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into loan applications.

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for documentation and loan processing.

• Maintain regular follow-ups until loan disbursement.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.

• Maintain good relationships with customers and generate referrals.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Eligibility

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Home Loan / Mortgage / Loan Sales.

• Candidates with experience in BFSI, Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Financial Services sales will be preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Ability to handle customer follow-ups and sales conversions.

• Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
