Key Responsibilities

• Assemble mobile phone components as per production guidelines.
• Perform quality checks and visual inspections on products.
• Operate on assembly and production lines efficiently.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety norms.
• Meet daily production targets and quality standards.
• Report defects, issues, or abnormalities to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation.
• Support continuous improvement and manufacturing activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 10th, 12th, Graduate, ITI, Diploma (BE/B.Tech not eligible)
• Age: 18 to 28 years
• Gender: Female candidates only (as per employer requirement)
• Local candidates from Karnataka preferred
• Must be able to read and understand English
• No color blindness
• Minimum height: 4.5 feet and above

Work Schedule

• Rotational shifts (4 shifts)
• Duty Hours: 9 hours/day
• Weekly Off: 1 day

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly CTC: ₹17,644
• Monthly Gross Salary: ₹15,200
• Monthly Take Home: ₹13,286
• Attendance Bonus: ₹750
