Job Description
Hiring: Senior MIS & Retail Operations Executive
Location: Gurugram – Head Office
Salary: ₹6–7 LPA
Experience: 5–7+ years in MIS & Retail Operations
Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA
Rle Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled MIS professional to support retail operations through accurate reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing store performance and supporting business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and present MIS reports for management.
- Track store performance, sales targets, productivity, and revenue.
- Support day-to-day retail operations, stock management, and new store openings.
- Identify gaps and provide data-driven insights for operational improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely data updates.
- Train and guide retail support teams on processes, reporting, and tools.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and standardization of all reports.
Requirements
- Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA in a relevant field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in MIS, reporting, and retail operations.
- Strong expertise in Advanced Excel and MS Office.
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Retail industry experience preferred.
