Job Description:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries across calls, WhatsApp, and emails with a consultative approach.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions using product knowledge and listening skills.
- Build rapport with prospects, address concerns effectively, and drive engagement without aggressive selling.
- Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system for accuracy and follow-up.
- Educate potential customers on platform features, benefits, pricing, and usage.
- Follow up with warm leads and assist in completing sign-ups or upgrades.
- Coordinate with support and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the product, industry trends, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Achieve personal performance milestones with no hard targets; earn 10% incentive on closed deals.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, clarity, and empathy in every customer interaction.
- Participate in regular sales training, team meetings, and feedback sessions.
