Marketing Executive

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and market research.

• Conduct product presentations and showcase samples to prospective clients.

• Prepare quotations and proposals, follow up on leads, and close sales.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners.

Site Supervision & Project Coordination

• Visit project sites regularly to monitor ongoing work.

• Ensure quality standards and approved specifications are maintained.

• Coordinate with clients, applicators, contractors, and internal teams.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

• Report site updates, challenges, and client feedback to management.

• Resolve site-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development.

• Experience in the interiors or paints industry is preferred.

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and follow up effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and internet search tools is mandatory.

• Proactive, presentable, and willing to learn.

• Good dressing sense and a professional approach.

• Must own a two-wheeler; travel allowance will be provided.

• Languages required: English, Telugu, and Hindi.

Interview Details

Interview Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Selection Process: Two rounds of face-to-face interviews
Compensation: Up to ₹40,000 per month, depending on capability. A fixed-salary option may also be considered.
