Job Description
- Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and food prep areas in accordance with health and safety SOP.
- Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash kitchenware as needed.
- Dispose of waste and maintain garbage/recycling areas.
- Perform daily cleaning schedules including sweeping, mopping, and surface disinfecting.
- Monitor and refill sanitation supplies (soap, paper towels, sanitizer).
- Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly.
- Support kitchen staff during peak hours by transporting supplies or ingredients.
