Inventory Controller

* Data Management & Entry:

• Collect manual, physical, or handwritten data from production and sales teams daily.

• Input and organize this data accurately into localized Excel spreadsheets.

* Production & Sales Balancing:

• Analyze Excel data to verify that factory production rates align perfectly with incoming sales orders.

• Flag discrepancies immediately (e.g., if production is lagging behind sales or if inventory is piling up unsold).

* Stock & Inventory Control:

• Track raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods levels.

• Establish and maintain "Safety Stock" levels in Excel to absorb sudden shifts in sales or production delays.

* Reporting & Insights:

• Generate weekly and monthly balance reports for management.

• Use Excel formulas to forecast future stock needs based on historical sales trends
