Job Title: Guest Service Associate (GSA) – F&B Service

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and provide detailed information on menus.
• Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system or KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket) books.
• Service Excellence: Serve food and drinks promptly while following standard service protocols (Silver service, Pre-plating, etc.).
• Upselling: Suggest appetizers, signature cocktails, or desserts to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
• Mis-en-place: Assist in the setup and breakdown of the restaurant, including polishing cutlery, folding napkins, and ensuring salt/pepper shakers are full.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the dining area at all times.
• Problem Solving: Handle guest queries or complaints with grace and escalate them to the supervisor when necessary.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management (BHM/DHM) is preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a 3-star, 4-star, or 5-star hotel environment. (Freshers with great attitudes are welcome!)
• Communication: Fluent in Hindi and functional English to interact with domestic and international tourists.
• Grooming: Must maintain impeccable personal grooming and hygiene standards.
• Stamina: Ability to stay on your feet for long shifts and work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 (Negotiable based on experience).
• Accommodation: Fully provided by the company.
