Role Overview: The F&B Restaurant Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless dining experience. She will manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest interactions while upholding the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with courtesy and professionalism.

• Manage reservations and maintain accurate guest records.

• Coordinate seating to optimize guest satisfaction and restaurant efficiency.

• Work closely with service staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.

• Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements:
