Customer Connect Executive

Grade:Executive/Senior Executive

Education Qualification: Graduate preferred

Work Experience :Fresher Experience in Renewals/Customer Retention/Customer Handling preferred

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: Area Level role, servicing exiting customers, driving renewals, Rider sales, upsell/cross sell and surrender retention from branch

JOB SUMMARY:

• To give personal care by visits,
• Whatsapp calls & high touch engagement with existing customers.
• To leverage the expertise of this team in relationship Management, customer service to build & maintain strong, lasting relationships with policyholders, ensuring their financial security.
• To introduce new products, riders, improve claim readiness, customer service & branch surrender retention.

Key Responsibilities :

• Proactively reach out to policyholders for renewal premium collections
• Conduct fields visits to meet customers and facilitate premium payments
• Identify and engage lapsed policyholders to encourage policy revival
•  Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities for additional insurance products
•  Engage with customers walk in for surrender and provide solutions and alternatives to retain the customer
• Achieve collection and retention targets as per company objectives
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment collections and surrender retention efforts.
