Customer Care Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support channel partners in using their manpower, facilities, and equipment in the best possible way.
• Help channel partner workshops run efficiently and improve their profitability.
• Study and understand technical problems reported in vehicles in the market.
• Help resolve vehicle defects and support repair or overhaul work when needed.
• Manage and track warranty cases through online systems.
• Make sure service processes are followed properly at channel partner locations.
• Share feedback about the company’s products and also about competitor products.
• Support the training and development of service managers.
• Plan special service support for important customers along with channel partners.
• Ensure all channel partners place spare parts orders on time so that enough stock is available and targets are achieved.
• Support the secondary network for spare parts sales.
• Prepare and maintain service-related MIS reports.
• Monitor and manage spare parts inventory properly.
• Handle service guarantee activities at the dealership.
• Visit ASC every month and review performance along with the ASC coordinator.
• Organize or support service camps on a monthly basis.
• Visit customers every month and update M Response data regularly.

Qualification Criteria:

• Batch: 2026
• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
• Academic Requirement: 60% and above throughout academics
