Job Description
- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating and basic service needs.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
- Serve food and beverages professionally while maintaining proper table service standards.
- Keep tables, service areas, and restaurant surroundings clean and well-organized.
- Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting after guests leave.
- Maintain good knowledge of the menu and confidently answer guest queries.
- Handle guest requests promptly and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Follow hygiene, grooming, food safety, and company service standards.
- Support the team during busy hours, events, and peak service periods.
- Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a guest-friendly approach are essential.
