Assistant Manager

Job Description:

• Identify and pre-qualify potential vendors based on selection criteria, specifications, quality standards, quantities, and delivery schedules.
• Negotiate final prices with vendors using appropriate strategies to ensure optimal total cost ownership.
• Create purchase orders and contracts and expedite timely deliveries of all plant-related items.
• Maintain comprehensive records of procurement activities for future reference and audit purposes.
• Establish price agreements for regular consumables and spares.
• Send RFQs to potential suppliers and coordinate with users for technical sign-off.
• Manage the commercials for all types of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).

• Indirect Procurement* Vendor management*Excellent computer skills, particularly with spreadsheets and sourcing experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good analytical and logistical thinking.
• Positive attitude and self-initiative
