Ather Energy began operations at its production facility in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, on 2 January 2021. The factory has an annual capacity of 110,000 scooters and 120,000 battery packs. The company currently operates in 27 cities across 15 states, manufacturing high-performance electric scooters and battery systems.

Position Details

• Designation: Assembly Operator
• Number of Openings: 100
• Candidate Type: Local & Migrant candidates eligible

• Age Criteria: 18–26 years
• Qualification:
  • Female: 10th, 12th, Graduate, ITI, Diploma
    
    Job Roles & Responsibilities
• Production Associate: Vehicle Assembly and Battery Assembly
• Quality Inspector: Visual quality checks for products
• Warehouse Management: Supplying material to the line, handling GRN and related documentation
• Maintenance Associate: Maintenance in Vehicle and Battery Assembly departments

Work Schedule

• Shift Type: Rotational
• Shift Timings:
  • 06:30 AM to 03:30 PM
  • 03:30 PM to 12:30 AM
  • 08:30 AM to 06:00 PM
• Duty Hours: 8 hours/day
• Weekly Off: 1 day/week
