Eligibility Criteria: 
• Qualification: ITI, Diploma (All Departments) 
• Arts and Science UG Degree (Under Contract 15 Months) 
• Pass-out Year: 2021 to 2026 
• Gender: Female 
• Age Limit: 18 to 25 Years 
• Any State Candidates Can Apply 
Job Responsibilities: 
Production Associate 
• Vehicle assembly operations 
• Battery assembly operations 
• Production line activities 
• Adherence to safety and quality standards 
Quality Inspector: 
• Visual inspection of components and assemblies 
• Quality checking of finished products 
• Identification and reporting of defects 
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards 
Warehouse Management Associate: 
• Material handling activities 
• Line-side material supply 
• GRN (Goods Receipt Note) handling 
• Inventory documentation and record maintenance 
Work Schedule & Shift Timings: 
• A Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 
• B Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM 
• C Shift: 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM 
• General Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:50 PM 
Note: Female employees will be assigned only to A Shift, B Shift, and General Shift.

Apprenticeship Program Monthly Stipend:

Apprenticeship Terms: 
• Apprenticeship duration: 24 months 
• Upon successful completion, candidates will be transitioned to General Staffing 
employment for a period of 6 months 
• During the General Staffing period, ESIC and PF benefits will be applicable 
• Conversion to permanent employment will be based on: 
o Performance 
o Communication skills 
o Discipline and conduct 
General Staffing Opportunity: 
Candidates who are not interested in the apprenticeship program will be offered 
employment under General Staffing for a period of 15 months.
